I’m a UX leader with 15 years of experience making apps and websites easier to use, and complex information easier to understand. I’ve worked in financial services, health care, and SaaS.
I lead content and product strategy to help people finish the task they started. I find where customers get stuck, fix the cause, and create standards that teams can reuse. I’ve been improving user experiences my entire career.
I work closely with product managers, designers, engineers, subject-matter experts, compliance partners, directors, and VPs. The goal is simple: help people know what things mean and what to do next.

How I use AI
I use a variety of AI tools to do deep research, automate tasks, create prototypes, and audit content. So far, this has included Instinct, Cursor, ChatGPT, Grok, and Gemini. Human review, accuracy, privacy, and clear handoff points stay part of the process.
